I am a Marriage and Relationship Consultant. A certified marriage and pre-marital counsellor, a certified cognitive behavioral therapist, I have over 15 years experience in marriage counselling in a Christian church setting and I have written 5 books about the male female romantic relationship dynamic. I am a Christian and whilst I will not foist my beliefs on you, my faith forms a strong foundation for everything I do.

I want to assure you that everything discussed with me is fully confidential, and will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent. The only exception would be if I perceive that you are in imminent danger of harming yourself or others.

Counselling is not an exact science, and does not involve diagnosis, or to some extent even an assessment, however expression of ones innermost feelings, especially painful ones in a trusted and safe environment almost always eases the burden.
